The briefing will focus on the next phase of work at the high-grade Garies Rare Earth Project in South Africa. Mr Van Der Zwan will outline the planned diamond drilling program at Garies and the pathway from drilling to the planned pilot plant. The presentation will also provide an update on the Adriano-Fotinho Rare Earth Corridor and the Titanium Dioxide Joint Venture in Mozambique. Share Purchase Plan Extension The Share Purchase Plan (SPP) was announced on 18 August 2026, with a closing date of Thursday, 17 September 2026. That closing date is now extended by two weeks to Thursday, 1 October 2026. Funds raised under the SPP will primarily be directed to diamond drilling at Garies. Eligible shareholders may apply for up to $30,000 in new fully paid ordinary shares at $0.002 per share. The SPP closes at 5pm on 1 October 2026.
